1. About this notice

Jeancandio Akademi,LLC operates Prezans, a workforce management service. This notice describes the information handled through Prezans and who to contact with privacy questions.

If you use Prezans through your employer or another organization, that organization decides what workplace information to enter and how to use it. Its own privacy notices and workplace policies may also apply.

2. Information handled by Prezans

• Account information: name, email address, profile details, language preference and information used to sign in. When you choose Google sign-in, account information is supplied through Google.
• Workforce records: organization membership, employee identifiers, departments, assigned roles, attendance, schedules, leave, compensation information and related workplace records entered by you or your organization.
• Optional location information: location associated with an attendance punch when workplace location checks are used and your device permits access.
• Workplace files: documents, training records and other workplace content uploaded or entered by authorized users.
• Payment references: order and transaction references, subscription status, amounts and related information needed to track purchases. Payment-provider forms are subject to the provider’s own privacy notice.

3. Why this information is used

Information is used to provide accounts and organization workspaces, identify employees, record attendance, manage schedules and leave, maintain workplace files, prepare reports and payroll summaries, and track payment or subscription status. It may also be used to respond to support or privacy requests.

4. Organization access and connected services

Workplace information is available to users with applicable organization responsibilities and access permissions. Contact your organization to understand who manages and reviews your records.

When you choose a connected service, such as Google sign-in or a payment provider, that service handles information as part of the requested action. Review its privacy notice as well as this notice.

5. Browser storage and location choices

Prezans uses browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, remember preferences and support features such as offline attendance and enrolled shared kiosks. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or remove locally saved information.

You can manage location permissions through your device or browser. A workplace that requires location checks may not accept a punch without the required information; ask your organization about alternatives.

6. Keeping workplace records

Your organization determines how long its workplace records are kept according to its own requirements. This notice does not specify a universal retention period. Contact the organization responsible for your records with questions about retention or removal.

7. Privacy requests

To ask about access, corrections, removal or other privacy concerns, contact your organization for workplace records, or contact Jeancandio Akademi,LLC for questions about Prezans. Available options may depend on the records involved, applicable requirements and your organization’s responsibilities. A request does not automatically remove records.
